Handicap committee freezes handicaps

The handicap committee has unanimously decided to freeze handicaps on a weekly basis. The handicaps will be calculated Sunday evening of each week and remain in effect through the following week. This should make it easier for golfers, that are playing multiple matches and/or are substituting, to know their handicaps for a match. Scores for matches that have already been recorded by the scorekeeper will not be adjusted so the ruling essentially takes effect this week.
